Liverpool Hope University’s MBA (IT), offers students the opportunity to develop expertise in management with a specific focus on the application of management to information technology.

MBA (IT) provides a balanced set of courses from the both business management and technology subject areas. The programme has been designed to address and bridge the “digital divide” that exists between managers with little awareness of technical issues, and technical personnel who tend to focus on technology.

Organisations often need talented managers who can negotiate at both a technical and business level, and that talent is highly prized. MBA (IT) graduates will gain the management know-how of how information technology can be strategically focused to achieve organizational goals.

Duration:12 Months (Full-time)

Entry Criteria: A good degree (minimum of 2.2 or equivalent) in Science, Engineering and Technology, Business and Information Technology based discipline and a minimum of two years relevant work experience; OR highly relevant industrial experience.

Students whose first language is not English are normally required to have an IELTS 6.5 (reading 6, writing 6) or other equivalent recognised English language qualification.
