Shashi Kanth S.S. has over 24 years of professional experience and holds an engineering degree and Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His experience spans across multiple disciplinary functions including Sales and Distribution, Branding and Trade Marketing, Training and Development, Manpower and Production / Maintenance on the Manufacturing side. He has worked across various industries like Consumer Goods, Foods, Life Style, Training, Development and Performance Enhancement Solutions and Modern Retail. He started his career with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and has worked with organizations like Cadbury India, VST Industries (part of BAT plc) and Subhiksha Retail. At Subhiksha, he was instrumental in operating and scaling an End to End People Employability Value Chain for Subhiksha Modern Retail staffing more than 50,000 people. The value chain involved steps from Sourcing, Training, Staffing, Retraining and Performance Management. Shashi Kanth S.S has also been associated with NIS Sparta and during his tenure successfully established the end to end people employability solutions business. In his last assignment he was heading the Foods Business of a large Sri Lankan Conglomerate - John Keells Holdings as their Chief Operating Officer and Country Head.
